Stewart Environmental's Indoor Air Quality services are aimed at assisting our clients in adhering to regulations and ensuring the health and well-being of building occupants. Constituents of concern that we advise clients to be aware of include:

- Hazardous chemicals (i.e., pesticides/herbicides, solvents/cleaners, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, glycol, etc.)
- Lead-based paint
- Polychlorinated-biphenyls (PCBs)
- Mercury
- Radon
- Welding fumes
- Methamphetamine laboratory chemicals
- Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) refrigerants
Stewart Environmental provides services to survey buildings for these items and to assist clients with abatement projects to eliminate these contaminants from their property.
Additionally, Stewart Environmental can provide training to clients to help identify this common risks and mitigate their potential to contaminate building occupants, such can result in Sick Building Syndrome complaints if not properly addressed.
