Traditional Environmental Analyses
Stewart Environmental offers unparalleled competency for your traditional environmental analytical needs in the areas of organic analyses, inorganic analyses, and microbiological analyses. These include EPA methods, SW-846 methods, and RCRA waste characterization. Our laboratory is certified by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) for the analysis of drinking water, and we participate in the EPA's Discharge Monitoring Report program (DMR-QA).
These types of analyses include all and more of the following examples:
- Drinking water
- Industrial wastewater discharge monitoring for compliance
- NPDES
- Wastewater treatment plant influent and effluent monitoring
- Underground storage tank related analyses
- Environmental health and safety
Instrumentation relevant to the above analyses includes gas chromatography, gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, ion chromatography, inductively coupled plasma, and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy. Our lab also includes a full array of bench, wet, and electrochemical techniques. Should our analysis indicate an issue with either your process or compliance, our team of engineers and scientists are immediately available to help your company correct the problem.
