One of Stewart Environmental’s areas of expertise lies in the ability to evaluate and value treat problematic water or wastewater. We assist clients in designing taylored systems that meet compliance requirements and provide clients with a significant return on their investment. Our many tiered water and wastewater treatment plant design process begins by evaluating a client’s specific situation, goals, and the current plant process. In some cases, a simple alteration in the process, such as changing a process upstream of treatment, significantly reduces the overall cost of the treatment. We have a proven track record of successfully implementing innovative treatment solutions.

Stewart Environmental's plant design process also consists of performing a pilot study to aid us in accurately designing and building the final water treatment system. Stewart Environmental provides the necessary operations and compliance support for treatment plants, as well as monthly monitoring. Stewart Environmental’s certified environmental laboratory supports monitoring programs by providing the necessary testing and data evaluation of samples, and Stewart Environmental’s engineers are on hand to provide technical assistance and supervision to resolve any problems associated with violations.

Stewart Environmental can also provide Long-term Operations (LTO) and Remedial Action Operations (RAO); treatability studies; Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis (EE/CA) services, Remedial Process Optimization (RPO) services, Treatability Studies, Pilot Tests, Bench Scale Tests, Management Action Plans (MAPs), and Peer Review.
